I doubt something like this exists, there was an exploit in MSN for hotmail accounts a long time ago. It sent the header to hotmail while you were logged into MSN so it assumed that since you were logged into MSN it was your account, but you could simply spoof the link in a browser and it would work without a password. I don't think there would ever be an exploit that actually disclosed password information because the only type of query that interacts with the password is to check for a match.

    There's like... key loggers...

That once you get on someone's computer through sending an email attachment or direct connect sending on AIM, that logs their every keystroke on whatever site. So you could technically get someone's password like that.

    But DON'T.

Yeah, using some sort of trojan or keylogger on the persons infected computer you would be able to get their password assuming they logged in, but that's a lot different then just typing in their username and getting their password. ;p

Lol this reminds me of a neopets "hack" which claims to be a password stealer but in order for you to use it u have to login and stuff. No points for guessing what happens your your account.

Why do you need to steal passwords anyway? It's probably just a scam to get your money and then leave you with a non-functioning program.

I highly doubt it works, as natskaya said it's more likely it won't do anything even after you activate it. Really what kind of a trial is it if I won't let you try it?

I'm pretty sure that something like this exists, as for it working very well, I doubt it. It's probably rigged up so that it goes through every word in the dictionary looking for a password match, my buddy was showing me one of these and it goes through 2,000,000 words per minute or second, I forget.

I highly doubt that this will work, and to me it seems like a waste of money.

key loggers DO exist, but for how illegal i think they'd have to be, i doubt you could just go around downloading free trials or something.

Of course Keyloggers exist. I've used one, had friends make them, and I've had one on my computer before. I'm saying that a program specified to steal MSN passwords may or may not exist. And yes, you can get keyloggers for free if you know where to look.
    :yup: ;)

Of course Rexx wasn't describing a keylogger he was describing a brute force password cracker, which are hella easy to find on the net (JTR anyone?) but wouldn't really be effective trying to brute force it over the net as the msn servers will only allow you so many guesses in a certain time period and have the delay of being over the 'net. Of course if one had access to the actual hash of the saved password from the persons computer then your trial program might actually work. It's getting the hash that would be the problem.
