NEED HELP WITH ACCOUNT ACTIVATION!!!

i have an account that i didn't play for a few yrs..and when i tried to activate it i need to enter the date of birth that i entered at the time of registration. i didn't use my own bd but cant recall what date i had used. is there a way to retrieve this information? i no the ps but i didn't have an email associated with that account.

 

you could have another account add that one as a neofriend to find out the birthday year....

but if you dont have a correct email, you cant activate it

umm basically ur screwed but i say start a new account and just forget the old.

 

It also happened to me, they asked me my birthday which I do not remember. I sent a email to TNT tell them what I remember include the password and my neo friend, just anything you know and explain your situation. You will get your account back with no problem!

i have some np in that account..about 100k+...and that was the oldest account i have....

 

but i did send them an email,but they did not reply for more than two weeks. :cry:
