When I try to access my neopets webmail, my browser stops responding. I used to have this problem with Firefox, but I'd be able to get in fine with IE, however neither are working now. I did fix it when it happened previously, but I'm not sure how... I think it might have sorted itself out actually with the latest Firefox release. I'm using 3.5.2 at the moment though so not sure what to try. Any ideas?
Try Google chrome? When I was on Premium (thankfully only the trial before my account was frozen -.-) Firefox was working fine.
I don't want to change browsers though - I just want to fix the problem! The fact that it is causing problems in both IE and Firefox is odd as, like I said, when I had the problem before it was only in FF. Everything else works fine though. It's just webmail
That happened to me a lot when I was premium. Would go to my webmail and login or whatever, and my browser(ff) would randomly crash. You'd probably be better off over at the Mozilla forums...hmmm.
Meh... Ok. Well, at least I know I'm not the only one that's had the problem now Yes, it comes with Premium.
