Logged on today and YAY, ICED FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AGAIN FOR THE LAST 2 DAMN MONTHS.
So I go and submit this new ticket crap, all good right, get a "tracking ID" and when I go to check "my support" it tells me you freaking log in. What do I do? Do they still email replies? Why the eff would they make you create a support ticket before logging in and then asking you to do so afterwards? -_-" I didn't even get a chance to copy the support ID.

Maybe i'm just frustrated and I don't get this.

happened to me too, a few days ago. Got no response from Neopets, but BBB got a response from Neopets after I sent in a request, and it says they're receiving tickets and are getting to them in order. so they are not emailing replies unless you work very hard
seems like there must have been quite a few of these freezings, because they're taking their damn time with it, but whatever
I couldn't even tell if I had gotten my complaint in successfully either, since the freeze form seems to not exist anymore, so I'm glad I decided to do BBB as well
not sure how much this helped, but it's likely you've successfully submitted it and neopets just sucks at life

This new wish ticket system is crap. I mean, it's a good idea and concept and seems way more organized... but it seems too flawed. I don't think you should have to log in to view your wish ticket status, especially since most of their requests are probably about frozen accounts. It should all be done through email like before. I hope you get a response soon Mooie!!!!!

I self-iced 10 days ago, and sent in a request to get it unfrozen right before the ticket crap began. I got a reply from Edgar, I replied, but he hasn't replied since. I'm hoping the ticket thing will return my account, but now I'm beginning to think it's going to be a loooong time before I get access to my account again...=_=

I got a quick ticket response but not about freezing/account restoration.

It's either the freezing department is really overloaded (most likely) or they're not as in a hurry to respond to these because they wouldn't have frozen you in the first place if they didn't suspect something. (generally - since TNT has frozen several times for no good reasons)
