Well there are differnt types of vegan ( so i have been told)

vegan eat no animals and by products, (eg No meat, Milk, Chease,)
Some vegans still chose to have milk or egg in their diet just beause it makes life easier.

Strickt vegan eat no products by this means nothing made by animals including some stuff that may have traces of animal products.

Raw Vegan just like it sounds. They dont cook any of their food and just have raw foods at all times..... crazy i know

now the no wheat / glutin (My mother and brother both are alregic to glutin) is called celiac. Glutin is found in moust things as its used for sugar, thinkers and just in most products. Next time you pick something up have a look at the labble.

now when i go out for dinner with Mum, Brother and grilfriend it tends to be quite hard as nothing is left on the menu when they take out the allergies. :(

all i need now is a nut allergy and I would be totaly screwed

    Hope that was infromative :p

I prefer Quebec's poutine... the one you showed is too soft for my taste... too much sauce.
But I do agree, the rest of world is missing something...

Like cheese? I dunno. And no I don't eat poutine every day. Although I would if I could afford it... Dying by cause of poutine is perfectly fine with me c:

And tharoux, I'm heading to montreal this week, so I'll probably get a poutine somewhere. :D

You HAVE to head to one of the "La Belle Province" to get one.
And there's also a place on Rachel Street (can't remember the name) that have more than 20 differents poutine on the menu.
