I am a premium member (and loving it!) and I wonder what'd happen if TNT found premium members breaking the rules (ABing and stuff).

What will they do about it? Especially those with yearly subscriptions who already paid a lot of money in advance, would TNT just freeze us like that? I mean, we PAID and all.

Breaking the rules is freezing no matter what. although premuim get faster replies/Instant msg with TNT

For instance if you worked and payed tax to government but you murdered someone they cant let you off cos your paying tax :p

If you start over, does the premium still valid on your new account?

i dont think so. i believe the premium payment is only linked to one account, the one from which you signed up for it with.

of course, freezing premium users = less income for tnt, since they are unlikely to continue paying if they decide to start over.

They will still freeze you, I know tons of people(including myself) who have been frozen. But I do think it is a bit less common, they don't go as crazy as they do with normal accounts.

Well... I've wondered this many times, and I think, (since premium freezes could mean less money for them, and even problems with law if they keep sending bills after freezing), they don't freeze a premium user unless they haven't another chance. That means the user keeps breaking the rules after ignoring the tnt warnings over and over again.

But I think a standart user will receive a single warning from tnt before being frozen, while a premium user will receive 2,3,4,5... I think you understand me ;)

I disagree. On an old account, I actually received a WARNING for ABing instead of being frozen, doubtless because I was a Premium member and had been for a long while.

I would never pay yearly though.. If they have your subscription for a year, they can freeze you if you have broken the rules and they won't refund you. This is why I just pay monthly - far less to lose that way

It was just a normal warning...

I just wonder what's the advantage of the premium account? Since the premium account also can be freezed.

They don't refund your money, but they will credit another account with however much premium you have left on your frozen account, so it's not a complete loss.

slightly off-topic, but to maximise the chances of getting a frozen account back, what should we put in the frozen form? and to the email to them?
