print screen not working

since i hooked up a new keyboard ahwile back my Print Screen button hasn't worked

any ideas whats going on?

 

Are there any other commands on the same button as the Print Screen? For Example: my print screen is on the same button as my ( key, but on the very top of my screen. I have to enable the alternate set of keys by pressing a button on my keyboard.

what key do you use to change the command?

 

I think it's specific to the keyboard, for me its with the 'F' series, like F1 F2 F3, and when the button isn't pressed, then im pressing buttons that also say 'Help', 'Office Home', 'Task Pane', etc on them

Good luck. Something else that might help is posting a picture of your keyboard... not necessarily your exact one but maybe just the same model as yours

 

Or you could check the instruction manual that
most likely came with it, not trying to be rude...
