This is probably a stupid question, but you know how all the main shops usually still have junk stocked even when it's not RS time? If all that junk is bought and the shop is empty, is there a higher chance of the shop restocking different and rarer items?
I would think the shop would restock the same batch of items it usually does, so you will have like 70% of the restock be junk, and the rest possibly rares. Emphasis on possibly
I think it's the same every time. I always thought it was like there's a chance for each item to be stocked. That's why sometimes there are great stocks in magic (3-4 UB Morphing Potions). But then again, I'm not sure of this But I doubt clearing out a shop will make it more likely for rarer items to stock.
Since we're on a close topic anyway, is there a set general time for restocks? Any info at all? Or is it just completely random?
Clearing out a shop will cause a new batch of items to restock. Some of these items will be rare, but I doubt they will be any rarer than the rare items that would appear during a random restock. Also, some people work together to clear shops such as Merifoods, etc. so they can get the extremely rare items. I'm not sure how often they can get the Draik eggs to restock though.
I thought they restocked at random. I've seen them empty too many times for them to force restock just cause they're bought out.
