Proxy?

Should i use a proxy server if i will be abing? To be safe or if there are any other precations i should take please tell me!

Also how do i set up a proxy?

 

I have been using an aber 2 days now, and im fine. I don't overdo it.

but are they safer to use in termes of getting iced?

 

well. proxy makes your account safe and running prog. not more than 2 hours.

 

proxies slow you down, but you are much safer whenyou use them because your main ip wont be in the mix.

 

i always access my accounts at various wireless points, they is my ip different at all places? or is the ip part of my laptop?
