people says its great what do U think? all my friends have it and they say its like BEING in the game!
It's a great system, just too expensive and there are still some issues with it overheating. If you're going to get one, wait until the end of the year.
you're all so lucky in america (or wherever you are) us here in the uk have to wait till march and i have to wait till may (my birthday ) before i can get one

Not saying that you are comparing it to a 360 but when people say it is too expensive compared to one, they really don't know what they are talking about. If you wanted to match the PS3 with a 360 you would have to shell out just as much money. 399 for the premium plus 199 for the HD-DVD drive. Or you can get a PS3 with wi-fi, a 60 gig hard drive, bluetooth, and a blu-ray player. Don't get me wrong. I would enjoy having either system. Lost Planet looks great, as does Motorstorm. But I think the PS3 is a better deal.
Ps3 still has a lot of potential, although i think it'll be a little while before they can make it as good as the 360. The 360 atm is good and live is all set up and quite a few games have gone to the 360 as well as ps3 so it isn't all exclusive anymore. Although i'd like to get a ps3 in the future.
my friend won 4 ps3's, sold 3 for £500 each and kept one, it is wicked, but i have to say that i prefer the 360
