I appealed (Because i didnt cheat) when i was frozen. How long does it take for them to get back to you usually..i sent an email to them early yesterday

Yea I got banned for supposedly using multiple accounts to make myself money because I sent a plushie worth 1mil to my sis... Emailed them 3 weeks ago still nothing. luckily I still got 2 30month+ accounts XD Back to ABing*
Yea in all honestly I dont think Neopets has any idea whos cheating and whos not unless of course you have a process running called thisisaneopetscheat.exe lol. If you RS anything with really high value I think you automatically go on the Hitlist. Quite gay really.

Well if you go to a certain section of the support you can see have many queries they have. Its usually around 4000-5000 enquiries at any one time
Does your sis play on the same computer? If the plushie is in her account, tell her to sell it and help you. lol
