Is there any difference between a normal user, a level 1 user, and a level 2 user (besides the title)? Because the only benefit I see is the download points awarded.
You get access to level 1/2 private boards, and in the future there will be seperate stores for higher level users.
yes this is true and maybe if your more that level 3 maybe expon will be generous enough to give you many download points
