Well, I hate to think that the more popular this site is, the more competition you get for ABing.

There's also a possibility that the person you refer to was "interested" and they joined and tried to find everyone's acc and report it to TNT.

IMHO this site is popular enough w/o a referral program. Getting 81 members in a week is fast.

The more popular the site is, the more expensive the autobuyer will be. Then plenty of autobuyers roaming neopia.

hmm.. we've decided not to use this system after all, because so far we've had 6 referrals and they were all 0 post non-active users.

So yeh, it could have been a nice idea .. but we don't want a load of inactive members :<

The main point of this site is sharing the programs, and make them available for everyone. and it shouldnt be so hard as long as your active, its balanced right. you shouldnt be jealous at other people with abers, remember you got yours for free to.

I couldn't of said it better myself. Besides, the more members we get, the more likely we are to get guides, programmers, GFX artists, etc.

Exactly and as for the guy who posted about tnt. I don't know how many times tnt actually investigates sites like this but just don't give out your name.

    TNT Again!

I've seen a few sites shut down myself. TNT was threatening legal action.

    Re: Selfless

Yeah that's true. Sorry, shouldn't have said that. I really wasn't jealous of other people getting the aber cause I understand I get them for free too (thanks expon), I was just thinking about the possibilites what might happened. I thought that w/o the referral program, this forum get member by itself because people are either curious about aber or want the aber and those people are usually the one who are active.

As for TNT, I see a few site got shut down cause they have aber and have url similar to neopets which I guessed was used for scamming

    Bad Idea

I don't think a referal program is the best idea, you never know what trying to bring friends here could do, they might turn on you and get you frozen some day
