I downloaded this program a few days ago and can't get it to work properly. I've posted asking for help but haven't really gotten any feedback/suggestions about it. If I can get it to work I'd like to keep it, but if not... refund please??
If a refund applies in this situation, i would also like a refund. I have had the same problems and have only had it for a few days
