I have a router and I always have trouble changing IP Address because of the router. Is there anyway for me to change the IP Address for both my computers?

what do you mean by changing ip addresses, do you mean proxies, or unplugging the modem until the ip address changes, or something else

    router

your isp only gives you one ip address. Your router uses that ip address, and assigns local ip addresses to all the computers attatched to it. to anyone outside your LAN, i.e. "from the internet's point of view" both of your computers have the same I.P. address, and you can change the i.p. address, but the two computers will always be the same.
