ABing is basically RS (restocking) using a program that does it for yourself. An aber buys the program from a shop, then you place it on your shop and sell. That's restocking.
You shouldn't be asking for opinions on abers and stuff here, let's just talk by PM. And no, the lists list the items which bought from the main shops on Neopets and resold in your shop will bring you good profit.
Ab is an autobuyer, which buy items in an immense speed. you dun need to restock urself.. that's the advantages.
