Every time I got to play a game on neopets that requires the shockwave plugin, I get this error message. It sounds to me like it is on their end, but I want to get other peoples' opinions. I have the plug-in installed, and have even tried re-installing it but nothing.
Wow I just found out today I get the same thing whenever I try to send a score on Castle Wars. I tried reinstalling shockwave player but that didn't work at all. I haven't tried it on IE yet but I plan to. If anything changes I'll be sure to post again.
You're using ff right? I get it when I click start on dice escape, send my score on hannah and the ice caves, and hannah and the pirate caves doesn't even load.
Yeah I get this, everytime I OPEN a game. Can't even play it :/ Apparently people are saying you need to download the "full" version off the adobe site, and I don't understand how mine wasn't "full" or whatever. But yeah, I tried that too, and same result.
I get that exact error too, but only on one game: The Return of the Return of Dr. Sloth. Happens when I start up the game and try to start the first level. Entire flash program stops at "Connecting to Virtupets" or something of that sort.
Yeah, my SILVER trophy score couldn't be sent because of this crap ><. It took hours to finish that game >< anyone know if this is limited to firefox?
I got the same problem as cameron. Strange thing is that I can load Hannah and the Ice Caves but not the Hannah and the Pirate Caves. Tried Attack of the Slorg and it does show up it is loading but it isn't loading as well.
This all has me convinced its on neopet's side of things. That make me happy. I had a really bad habit of messing up my computer.
I believe I had the same problem before, basically it was a problem with FireFox's end. You just have to manually install the plugin yourself. IE would definitely have problem installing the plugin. Try searching something like "http://www.google.com.sg/search?hl=en&q=shockwave+firefox+how+to+install+manual&btnG=Search&meta=" or similar on Google, cause I've forgotten which website I visited to make my FireFox's plugin work. I remember having to copy and paste some file into my FF's program files folder to make the plugin work.
