Well...I have enough money to buy the full set...but it costs around 700k...and I remember when you could easily get it for 400k...What I'm asking is...is it worth it to get it? Will the prices deflate soon?
Well, a map piece got "Tarla'd" today, so thats down a bit. But I can't imagine it would deflate any further, its supply and demand. Everyone wants it, so might as well get it now whilst it's below what it could be
You should get it now, I seriously doubt it will deflate either, look at other items... most of them go up in time... may drop a bit, however will go up alot.
^^ It's worth it definitely. Guessing it's the piece with the 2 easter island type heads on it. They are littering the trading post xD

I just read a bunch of posts on Tarla, but how does she work? Do you have to go somewhere at a certain time to get her items?
For my it is not worth the trouble.... because it gives to extraction but things you of which it gives you.............. It always goes to me bad... It looks for the prices well.... very expensive is not = P
Download the Neopets toolbar for your browser. There is an "alert" button on it, and when it flashes, click on it to be taken to Tarla and given a free gift. You can get it once each day. If you don't want to get the toolbar, watch the neoboards, people will usually post the "alert" and the unique link for that time for the present - the link changes with each "alert".
700k is about 140 codestones. The few stats you would get with those codestones will be vastly outweighed by just the HP that the lab will give you. So yes, it is worth it.
Wow I just checked the prices on lab map. Most of them have inflated quite a bit. I bought mine about a year ago. Isn't it partly due to war/plot inflation though? Well either way I don't remember lab map pieces ever going down after they've inflated so you might as well buy it now if you want to use the lab. But don't just use lab to train or your pet's stats will look so ugly.
Oh noo...I tend to only use the lab once i get the money to turn my pet into a Mutant Draik...and from there on I'll start training using codestone...
If it does deflate, it won't be for a LONG time.... I say the chances of it going up is better than it going down. Buy now.
I remember when they were 350k 8) There were worth it then. Don't buy it now. I'm not gonna buy on this account. Too expensive. It's slower, but I'm just training w/ dubloons. Save 600k.
