Hold back. Mac is hard to game on and many programs for windows are horribly dumbed down for Mac.

Hold back , a mac will cost you more for not much more. The upgrade path is so much easier for PC

It's really what your doing on your computer. If your a gamer, like I am. I use my own made WindowXp computer. If your a college student Or just not a CPU hungry Gamer, trying to keep things simple. And just need the normal like word processor, Internet and a reliable computer Macs are Great. I loved mine for college, since it was to the point and keep my mind off gaming till i was home with my desk top :).

It really comes down to if your going to spend more for it, make sure you can get out of it what you need. You don't want a computer that can't do what you wanted it to do. :/ Hope I could shine some light on it for ya.

    i agree with paris

macs are way more chilled out and casual and better for work/music/school related things...if you're a gamer or anything like that, PC is the way to go...me personally have an HP pc and my sister went with that mac

Agreed with everyone, macs are used for two or three main things, Gfx, Music, and some work. It will never beat the pc IMO.

up to you, macs have speed, lots of speed. But they tend to have a lot of glitchs, and programs shut down randomly for no reason. i personaly would of gotten a windows computer if i went back a few years, but, its up to you.
