i got new phone around 4 montsh ago, wondering if i should get the iphone... Someone said its cheap but apple/phone providers get their money back via data downloads...
The new iPhone will support the 3G service which AT&T offers. 3G is pretty much larger service area so you can get more bars at places where theres usually no signal. It's also Sleeker lookin =]
My friend works for vodaphone customer care. she says about 70% of phone complaints are about the Iphone. still im thinking about getting it, i have the LG viewty at the moment. so used to touch screen now.
It also has GPS, And an Apps store so you can do WAY more with the new 3G iPhone. Plus, the graphics on it are amazing. Watch out Nintendo DS. The iPhone is comin for you.
I love Apple.... But I've learned never to get first generation anything from them :lol: So, with this new offering I'm really tempted! Is is ATT the only carrier for them? I have purposely allowed my contract with Verizon to expire in anticipation.
I've read that the worldwide release of the new iPhone was met with groans of agony. The service was really bad about 70% of the buyers couldnt activate their iPhones... Seems like a dud. =[ I'd wait a couple of weeks for them to work out the dings and tweek the systems.
That's just because they were having trouble with their servers. Everything is back online now. Billy was freaking out because he couldn't get 2.0 yet. But he got it. It's all good.
I would but, I r trying to save money. Plus I've just got a new phone 6 months ago and I'm not a phone fiend wanting a new phone every 3 months. Though I have fat fingers so texting may be a problem.
A guy was showing me one today. Watching him show off with insane pride all the idiotic games he paid to download onto it, for example the one where his phone appears to be filling up with beer until he tilts it towards his face and then it disappears like he's drinking it, I thought "This is the future. I am afraid."

Safari is an unbeatable browser. Exclusively on the iPhone. Also, the touch screen is flawless. The LG Dare's touch screen has a learning curve to it, and not to mention the Dare's browser is horrible. That alone makes me want to get a iPhone. Bad browser? Bad touchscreen? No buy!
No videos?! :O Meh ill wait till the next gen comes out ^_^ in a couple of decades.. (i dont really know when.. lol)
