Some paintings I did a few months ago~

I'm new around here, but this seems like a really great place to show people some of my work. c:
I've done a lot of digital junk, but I'm most proud of my paintings. x) I just get a bigger sense of accomplishment when I'm finished... I love it. Unfortunately, I only have a couple to show for now, but I'm taking an Intermediate painting class next semester, so hopefully then I'll have more! O:

^ the assignment was to take an already famous painting and paint it using a different color scheme. This one is Popular Panorama by Rene Magritte. o:


I never titled this one, but... yeah. x) Squid arms playing percussion instruments. Woo!
Wish I had taken a better picture... ah well.


Well that's all I have in terms of paintings, but I'll definitely update when I get more. C:

 

Reminds me of the work of salvador dali. He does surrealist paintings like these.
