Today is Ruki day. I have a ruki. I went on at the new day on Neopets to get the free training started off. It told me I couldn't because I was enrolled in mystery island. So I hurry over, AND THERE'S NO OPTION TO CANCEL!! I had to waste money on a stupid codestone and now I have to wait 2 hours. That's so stupid. Seriously. I understand if they are concerned about people coming in and out so it will ask for a codestone they have, but here's the simple solution, DON'T LET IT CHANGE or tell them to come back the next day or something! Grawr! I know TNT is doing a lot to keep the site up but they should have some people back there with some common sense.. like, isn't it common sense to put a pin on the shop till? They don't have one. Or, common sense to put pages in galleries like they do in shops because people have so much crap that it takes forever to load? Gah! Someone get a job there and fix these problems and make me happy! My happiness is now the top priority! :lol:
And common sense also that some people are ULTIMATE restockers and are not actually programs "autobuying" things...
well it hasn't happened to me yet but they do have a rep for being a little "freeze happy" ... I had trouble with training my Yurble on Yurble day also ... supposed to get free training but it stole my Dubloon anyway ... *sigh* (ya, my bad for not hiding it first).
I agree about the not being able to cancel at mystery island being stupid. You can cancel at Krawk Island, if you enroll for a course there. Seems silly to be able to cancel one and not the other one. They have pins everywhere else, there should be a pin on the shop till. I have been wondering the same thing about that. Another stupid thing tnt have or haven't done.
TNT do seem to be rather user unfriendly...i think it's got to do with the staggering number of players they have.
They never used to be this bad. But as time has progressed, they have got worse. And now all they seem to care about is earning money (i.e. premium and the mall thing). I am sure it will not be long before there are other things to buy on neopets.
it is good to point it out, but all we can do is send in suggestions and comments and hope one day theyll listen (its so highly unlikely they will though) but those were some good points, when i end up having around 100k in my shop till i want it to be protected, because face it, im not gonna be on 24/7 to make sure it gets to the bank, but i never go to mystey island, to expensive, and on top of it codestone prices jacked up tremendously. lol there are soooooooooooo many stupid things we could point out on neopets
Yeah, that happened to me with one of my pets... I was a bit annoyed but I guess I will live... But if your pet is above the level that krawk island can offer, will they still train your pet for you? EDIT: please do not gravedig -chelsea1
