Nah, I lost most of that costume during the Roskilde festival when we ran around in costumes the first night. But I still have the green jacket, and I'll still be smashing glasses on the dance floor. ;)

A bar crawl, eh? Sounds neat, hope you have a good time and that you don't take it easy with the booze. :)

edit; I wish we could post embeded youtube clips here. :/
Leprechauns and gnomes have been warming up for today.

I just asked someone and she thinks it's the 17th too.

Apparently it's called St. Paddy's day by most Irelanders o.o

I don't care what it's called or when it's celebrated (even though it's the 17th). I just love that I have a justification to be drunk the entire weekend starting...in about an hour.

It's celebrated on the 17th every year except for when the 17th falls under the Holy Week, which it does this year. Next time they will have to change it will be year 2160 or something like that.

St. Paddy's, St. Patty's, St. Patrick's Day, all names are used.

And today totally sucks. I was hoping to celebrate it with Guiness and green beer, but the people that wanted to go all have jobs tomorrow or essays to do. So yeah, I'll be in the chat room sipping Guiness if anyone want to get a hold of me.

    Crap.

Well in Australia we don't get a day off for it, so we're just using it as an excuse to drink over the weekend. Because on Monday half of us have uni, the other half have jobs.
Just had the bbq, gonna head off soon for the pub crawl!
