The NEW neopets

Neopets has changed so much. I miss the old layout, the old pet looks, the old-basic neopets where it was more fun. Now neo is filled with craazy ad's and they just changed the way the new board looks. it looks SO bad.

 

i definately liked the old pets and the old way you used to get random events and how there used to be no ads, i think the boards are okay.....i like the active neopet thing

 

They changed it so you cant get randoms anymore?

I like the old one way better I used to run home from school just to play neo but now with all the changes I might actually like school more :cry:

 

I like the old one too, it loads so much faster and the layout was so simple and easy to navigate, now it's all flash >=<
The new customizable pets looks ugly too...guess my pet shall remain 'naked' lol

 

is there any way to make a program that lets you play neo in the old style?

That would be great I would pay like a mil lol to use it XD

 

Funny this should come up again because a friend of mine cancelled premium a couple of days ago. He did it on the telephone and they asked him why he was not keeping it. He told them he didn't like the new layout and the guy he was speaking to said that a lot of people were cancelling Premium because of it and said that they are going to be going back to the old layout at some point in the future.

Don't know about the pets though and I think they're far worse than the layout..

 

i mean back in the day random events used to be more frequent, and more useful

now, for me they come once in a blue moon and when they do its something lame like *a blumaroo says hello* or *a ghost lupe growls at you*

 

I definetly miss the old neo, we never use to get butt loads of broken pages and the advertisement is right infront of our faces. I miss Donna and Adam, they knew what was right for neo. :cry:

 

Totally miss the old one. So less complicated, and the pets were so less ugly.

 

I like the new layout since you can change the back round of your pet as well as dress

 

i hate this change because it meant redraws making nearly all the painted pets besides mutant, baby and maraquan look almost identical

 

agreed... I kinda liked the new layout, but the boards went to far... it is terrible!

 

I liked the old neopets too... I wish it was still there... the new artwork on the pets makes Grarrls look retarded. The other pets aren't much better either...
Layouts were easier to figure out on the old neopets, pet central had a link to your items and wasn't all over the place...
The list goes on and on...

yeah, i totally miss the old neopets! it was less complicated, and now there are crazy people, traying to steal your account and stuff! i don't understand that people, and there's also this people who go to neopets and say : i don't like neopets is really stupid... something like that!
Years ago neopets was so much better!!

 

I miss the old neopets, like most of the persons who had play for several years
For me, It's not as fun as it used to be.
Now that they have millions of users (about 100milions ;I've seen in the stats page), it's turned to a "commercial" site with all the ads and now the "NC mall" ( :shock: ) !
