Then you get the window to change the subject.

Great find! I would use themes...but they lag my computer a lot.

I believe they actually remove your start bar and stuff. I'm not too sure..it's been a long time since I had that.

 

does this only work for vista or something?
I have XP and I can't get it to work..

 

Which theme are you trying to do? If you're talking about the Mac one I posted, it works with XP =P

 

nope, it's visual94's ..
I installed all the extra files and stuff.
and then I run the Style XP and click "Apply theme" (I did this on a couple of themes) and my computer says wait.. and nothing happens, it's just the same old boring theme D:

 

I don't use Style Xp.
The last time I used Style XP I had to format the pc :|

 

so you just download and use it without any program?
every time I try to change my theme it just goes back to the classic windows theme ._.

I can't seem to get any themes to work for my computer (vista)

There seems to be a learning curve to some of them.

 

Li, they are for Windows XP, Windows Vista for Mac etc... :yup:

 

I did use that, it still doesn't work ._.

 

Anyone considered WindowBlinds? There's a lot of cracks for it floating about, really neat software.

 

You forgot to tell everyone that they HAVE to patch their uxtheme.dll which is located in the system32(or system) folder on your C drive.

 

Then you do a little tutorial:

Open the file and click on uxtheme
After click on PATCH.

Download a skin. (I have taken this one).

Open the file and you come out a folder named Kemical.
Open it
Click on kemicalc2.msstyles or kemical.msstyles.



We will apply the skin and that's it!.
