ers. this person tried to give me a item and when I clicked on it I got redirected to a missing page and then redirected to another site that I don't know what it is because my web guard stopped it from showing but it did show me a report telling me that the site would have given me 7 viruses. The je something username has there site mode probably in japonese but I am not for certain. If you have a neofriend account then tell me why would you do such a thing. If not then any other neopians be careful...
It wasn't a trade. I'm not sure what the users name was, but that user sent kittymeow an item. And when she clicked on the item journal to accept/reject it, it took her to another page? Maybe if you look in your history it will tell you what the username was? That would be helpful. If it did happen, you should definitely report that into the TNT.

By checking your internet history. It might have the name of the person who gave it to you on one of the past pages.Try pressing Ctrl+H
I'm confused as to how an item gift would lead to pages filled with viruses-- isn't that THROUGH neopets? Wouldn't they have to redirect the neopets HTML code and link code to send her to another page?
Neopets doesn't allow the redirecting to non-Neopet pages, though.. But you can post links in the site if you added stuff in front of the link, I think, for example, 99www.websitename.com I seen that work in the forums before. :3
