I have one, not sure if it's the most
intellegent solution, but, if it was
recently bought, trade it in for a new
ipod. haha that'll fix everything, or
you could just call technical support.
    that always works :D

I think you have to send it to Apple and they will replace it with a new battery.

Yeah, i guess if the ipod is new then you should check out the apple website since they usually will do something to it if its faulty. Im guessing it would take a while though for them to do anything.

It's possible that the iPod battery has degraded to the extent that it doesn't work anymore. Does it work if you leave it plugged in?

Yeah you may just have a dead battery, so it's probably unchargeable.... If you have the service plan I'd call up Apple and send it in to get fixed or replaced.

that's happened to me before too and there might be something phsically wrong with (have you dropped it recently?)

if your ipod's warranty is still in effect just take it to an apple store and they'll probably replace it
