Philantrothy - try going to windows update... and get the update for the net framework. also... make sure you're using the 2.0 version of the igloo. Just redownload it from "your programs" and finally.... make sure you're only using one program... be it an aber... or a browser to access neopets at one time.
ok...will try... gtg out for movies... =) take care... will reupdate again see if it helps... only thing now is windows updates... the rest i'm doing it... so... cant be them... except windows update. =)
