Novell blocks ip too...the only way i think would be to use a proxy...but i'm having trouble finding one for school :?
type...ping http://www.yourwebsitehere.com ...then hit enter...it'll return the site's ip address, just copy it (right click to select mark, highlight, hit enter) and paste it into the browser
the best way (if you have xp professional) is to set up remote desktop and connect to your pc from school and you can use your home internet connection from school and go on anything you want and you can also access your home computer files and programs etc. But obviously you have to leave your comp on and internet connection while you're at school.
You can still get a command prompt. Make a notepad file. In it, type "command.com" without the quotes. Sace it to the desktop (or wherever), but set the saving this as ALL FILES. Then name it cmd.bat . Congradulations! you just mad a CMD!
