just wondering, besides setting to a lower refresh rate, are there any other methods?

and what's the limit, which you pass, to make you banned?

like how many refreshes in how long?

its random. YOu could be rs ban from one refresh but yes a lower refresh rate lowers the risk also the length that you do refresh also has an effect. The longer the more livkly you are to be rsed banned

Restock banned is when you can no longer see the items in shops, correct? (Sorry if that's a stupid question...)

Is there a good way to make sure that you're ACTUALLY rs-banned... or will you really just know if it happens to you?

Basically, from what i've experienced, is that if you refresh more than once a 30 seconds, you'll get banned.

Once every 30 seconds? So twice in a minute? Do you ever get anything?

I don't think you will get rs banned so easily i have been refreshing manually around once per 5 seconds and i haven't been rs banned.

If you do it for a while it won't matter, but if you refresh continuously within 30 seconds you will get banned eventually.

Mostly I randomize my refresh rate between 30 and 60 seconds.

hmm, I don't think it matters.
They're not saving all your pageviews (would be impossible though, due to the massive amount of visits they get a day). They only register your click on that certain pages where people cheat.

I thought you only get RS banned after doing some amount of massive refreshing, not something random. I mean, has anyone actually been banned after only one refresh? That would be so unfair :?

Yes, it does have to do with massive refreshing, but basically you can refresh all day, as long as you leave more than 30 secs between your refreshes...

Yes, I did try this

I guess it would be wise for me to leave it all on day, just at 30 seconds per refresh?

Leaving AB'ers on all day long is not recommended, in general. Just read the topic about how you can use your AB'er in the best way. There are more than enough topics on that subject.
