I cancelled my premium subscription like a month ago, and i was supposed to be premium 'till yesterday, but today i woke up and discovered i still have the service, so i went to the chat to talk to an idiot and he just told me that i never cancelled the service, so they charged another month to the credit card that i ued to register... the problem is that it's like an electronic card that you can made via internet and then you depposit the amount that you wanna spend to it... my question is what happens if i just don't pay the service? Cause a friend of mine was the one that made the electronic card and deposited the money... so i dunno what's gonna happen now... it's my fault cause i lost the cancellation number, but that idiots can do that with whoever they want and tell them their service is cancelled but still charge for it... What can i do?
So are you saying that you now have no money in the service, yet TNT still tried to charge you? Because if that is the case, you will have this month free whilst they cancel your premium because thats what happened to me.
If its linked to a bank wont you go into overdraft/charges etc? But otherwise you'll still get premium for a month
You shouldnt have lost that number because that was your ony proof., however, if you have no money anyway - don't think they;ll come after you so they'll prob cancel it anyway
I'm sure the problem will fix itself once TNT realizes that they aren't going to get money out of that account. Or maybe your friend that made the card thing will get charged for it.
My friend just got online, I asked her and she told me that there's nothing to worry about, just as onprogus said they'll eventually realize that i'm not paying and they'll cancell the service xD
Either you get premium without paying, or TNT realizes they're not getting paid for it and they'll cancel your service. I'm surprised the guy was so ignorant- premium help has been quite good, from my experience.
i love premium but from what ive herad the seem to mess up like this alot, also my brother in law signed up with his paypal account and now im trying to switch to my prepaid credit card and i cant find out where and how to do that, i mailed them and the gave me computer automated responses (or at least it seemed like it) that didnt help, then they told me to go to the live chat garbage and of course no ones ever on
well i like supershop wiz, sure you cant look up transmogrification potions or paint brushes but you CAN look up morphing potions, i got a skunk buzz morphing potion for 60k then lost it outta stupidity i would rather not explain that situation, but anyway i was happy i ahd it for a while XD i dont get alotta rare stuff and i saved a screenie of it on paint ^^
