    Try PC-Cillin Internet Security.
It comes with a firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam, and a lot more.
And it has a nice GUI + support

No don't use any of those.
Especially McAfee. It was rated as one of the lower ones.
They held up a poll to see which one was best and they tested them.
Turned out the top was AVG.
2nd was kaspersky. I Have kaspersky and it's so worth the money. It doesn't eat computer resources. It stays on out of the way, but as soon as something is even clicked on it comes up saying warning. It's the best IMO.
You can try AVG though because it has a free version.

I just use AVG Free because I'm too cheap to buy one. But I hate Norton. It slows down my computer so much!

I've tried Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, Bit-Defender, PC-Cillin Internet Security, and AVG

Out of all of them I liked PC-Cillin because it has updates everyday sometimes multiple times in the same day, and barely uses any computer resources. It's also been rated high in defense

mcafee is the worst program ever (and norton). despite how popular they are, i think they suck. my frend had mcafee on his laptop. he s=would scan it atleast once every 3 days. he sed mcafee never caught any viruses. i told him that sophos was the best antivirus, so i installed it on his pc and boom!!! believe it or not, sophos found 13 viruses on his computer!!! sophos is the program to get!!!!

Holdon guys I'll get the link to the list of the best anti-virus programs.
And as everyone said.. norton and mcafee suck. They're popular but they're really slow and not that great.

    EDIT:Here is the list.

And for the best free anti-virus click Here

I guess the list changed since the last time I saw it.
And the best free one I provided, I know it's branded with AOL. But It's actually really Kaspersky with an AOL logo on it. It's missing some of the features the original Kaspersky has, but it's still number three on that list. I highly suggest everyone switch to it instead of Norton or Mcafee.
It doesn't hog up memory and like I said it just works in the background.

It's totally up to you guys though.

dude that list is prolly not corrrect. first, sophos is truly #1. it can catch any virus that can possibly be created (except teh imp virus, ill prolly post it up soon on the bords so look for my imp virus message on the computer section). sophos is really the best. and of course, the people who made that list is prolly biased.

Uhm according to who is sophos #1?

The list was created by infecting the computer with viruses.
Then the anti viruses were ran and they compiled a list of which anti-virus picked up the most and how it handled it.

I guess they're fine if you have memory to spare on your PC.
Also the best free I provided I meant, best free according to the list.
