Whats the best way your change your ip?

    Reboot your router, delete your cookies then log again. If you have an ISP with Dynamic IP, it's the safest way

    Yes, try this way:

    . Type cmd then press Ok
    . Type ipconfig to see the IP you have
    . Type ipconfig /release to let go of the address.
    . Type ipconfig /renew to obtain a new IP address

    This works *only* with a USB/Ethernet modem, not with routers

    It depends upon if its a static of dynamic IP address. You might actually have to call up your ISP and request a new IP or just proxy.

    I just reboot my router and it changes, but I've got dynamic IPs =]

    Call your ISP and ask if you have a Dynamic or Static IP

    In case of Static, you have to use Proxies --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server

    Check http://www.samair.ru/proxy/ and find a Proxy from your country... Then try that one :)

    The mate, reputation now 1... Some one should create a guide for changing your ip as newbies like me have no idea

    I have a netcomm NB5 adsl2+ modem router lol...

    Is it a router or a modem or both?
