lol NO WAY!!!! they will lose too much members... i know i would quit if i had to start over.... they might change the name but everyone will keep their accounts.... the more members they have, the more money they get from sponsors....
lol about sponsers.... Thats a true fact, McDonald will pay them alot more if they had that extra 10,000 inactive members... And no Neopets will never end, they're just getting paid too much. Think about it, even parents nowadays play Neopets, what is this world coming too!!!
o_o hm. it amazes me at how many people are shocked to discover parents and "adults" in general play neopets. i mean, the site was originally designed for college students; it would only make sense that some players would've stuck around. frankly, i'm proud of parents who invest time into Neopets. it gives them a good idea of what their children are doing. helps them connect with their kids - which could lead them to stop their child from doing something devestating. oh wow. i sound preachy. haha. but in response to Neopets ending. i don't think it will anytime soon. especially with the introduction of Premium packages and NeoCash cards. the fact is, Neopets is a very attractive market. sponsers are smart for enlisting in the NeoArmy. it's a great marketing tool.
agreed. and about the adults, alot of them are doing because they need it to get away from work/bills, etc
I honestly hope that neopets never end.. not because I like it but because of safety reasons.. There aren't a lot of sites out there where kids can play around and be safe.. yes, there are predators on neopets but they would have to be extra extra sneaky to get through the filtering system.. Over all, I think neopets is one of the top safest sites for kids to be on..
