Okay, lately, IE takes a lot to open. Some of you have MSN. Whenever I click on the little link to get right to my e-mail. It won't open then, either. I'll click it like five times. Then I'll go to my desktop and do a super fast triple nose grind 360 speed click on IE which will THEN cause it to open and after opening up my blank IE (which is the default page), ALLLLL the windows will pop up from ALL the times I clicked on the link on my MSN window.. This is what the little ctrl alt delete window looks like: When I took that, I didn't have ANY IE windows open.. Why is it doing this? Why does IE suck so much?
What IE are you using? and what msn are you using? try reinstalling them or maybe upgrade them to the newest. You could also try firefox/opera if you wish.
that happens to me too with firefox for some reason it'll freeze and ill close it and try to open another and it'll say its already open so i do the alt+ctrl+del to close the process its really annoying when i cant load anything
My ie will mess up, I will be loading multiple tabs at a time and it would think I want to move my tabs
it seems if you just reinstall IE it'll work again without freezing but only for a while i just tried it so yeahhope that helps
i see this once in a while on my computer also normally its cuz for whatever reason ie didn't fully close at some point then u opened it again so the computer logs it as 2 instances of IE are being used. I'd check the task manager often to make sure its not running double time like that.
Usually what I do when that happens is, end all the IE's or FF's I have open via CTRL ALT DEL then open it again, and it works fine... sometimes it'll take two runs, but it still works in the end. lol If that doesn't work, do the uninstall stuff.
