Wishing well...

Has anything every gotten an item from the wishing well? How much NP did you give? I've tried a few times and won nothing.

 

I donated 43k and i got a meepit < 3

 

its very very rare to win something out of there, but i think its possible. i think items over certain rarity arent given out though.

the wishing well gave you an item worth 2mil...? I thought I was cool when I got an angelpuss from it for 100nps, :lol:

 

I've never gotten anything out of it, after all these years of donating. It's probably a better deal for you to just save your money and buy the actual item yourself.

 

I heard that you can make a donation of 1 NP- for what you want- and when you click the button, the url at the top will have a number. Which should be 1.
Then change the '1' to '5000' or whatever number you want (reasonable) and it'll work.

But I don't think it works.

 

changing the URL doenst work, it just gives you a cool screenie

i have gotten a hand painted scarab before back in the days when they were a kickass weapon

I always donate np there and i never got a single thing there! :x

 

I've gotten a codestone, for 1,000 NP... not much profit, but meh.

 

i stopped bothering to donate YEARS ago lol....

does it really matter what amount we donate?

 

i remember back in like 2002, i would donate like 1np and wish for a Rod of Super Nova lol(never got one btw )

 

i rememver when i used to think 10k was LOADS and i donated it and wished for a paint brush lol :lol:

then i just got more and more np by rsing legit, and then a while ago i found this place

 

ive gotten a starry paint brush plushie xD but there not worth much

well i started wishing again on the wishing well with 1 np each time

I started asking for crazy things, like draik eggs and morphing potions...

but when i kept looking at the winners I noticed an item trend... People usually win the same stuff.. Why is that? And its the stupidest things too. Like 1k items. And I was thinking if they had only asked for something better they would be loving it right now.

But I think that it only gives out certain items... I'm not sure what the criteria is...

And you know what else makes me mad about it! All the newbie accounts get it!!!! Which could have something to do with the stupid items being asked for also...

Best thing I have seen won from the wishing well was Sporkle Syrup

and I have seen it on multiple occasions... so that it what I ask for.

 

create a new account and start wishing, then you might get it

 

my theory:

-items you get are limited, but im not sure limited to what, all i know is that theyre not limited to stuff you can rs from shops (it gives out r101s as well)

-people winning the same stuff is because of the newbies, they go to the well, they have no idea what to wish for.. they see the list of past winners right in front of them, together with what items have just been won. so they just copy/paste the name of that item into the box.
so generally one person asking for a stupid thing (and getting it) causes a large number of people to ask for the exact same item. sort of like a chain reaction.

 

I'm thinking maybe it just doesn't always give exactly what you ask for. If you look at the list a lot of plushie pbs are given out. There's also quite a few vinarok lamps. I'm thinking people go and wish for pbs or vinaroks to feed kads and then get items that are similarly named instead. That wouldn't explain some of the other crap items given out but that could just be the newbies who don't know any better.
