    If you want to change your booting screen, cursor and logon screen...... then the best place for that is:

    (there is a program for updating XP to Vista hidden in the site)

    Does this reduce/increase boot time at all? I like my boot time at 15 seconds(I'm very impatient)

    Custom, non official.. Probably most of them would make it slower... But I may be wrong.

    some of them might actually speed up your computer if they use less superfluous graphics than the default theme. plus they look totally sweet 8)
