Same. Inception was just too great to not use it here. I hate that I like it so much though, I feel as though everyone is going to say Inception. But I also really liked Despicable Me and Up. Those two are definitely my favorite animated movies.

As a cinema major in university, I've seen *TONS* of films. It's really hard for me to say what the best film ever would be. My tastes change, especially with every film class I take. Some of my current favorites are Peking Opera Blues, Donnie Darko, Empire of the Sun, A.I., and The Lion King <3. Inception was a pretty good recent movie, but I think I'd have to rewatch it before I could call it the best or one of my favorites. :p

Currently my all-time favourite is Avatar. But If a better movie, like Avatar 2, comes out I might change opinion.

Donnie Darko is definitely one of my favorites :). The protagonist is admittedly very strange, yet he is so easy to relate to. Any who has ever been a teenager (most people) can empathize with him. What is your opinion on the Director's Cut? I personally liked it more, as it explained the
    time travel
aspect a bit better, but I have friends who prefer the normal version.

I actually haven't seen the director's cut :O Didn't know there was one! I'm gonna have to rewatch it now. :) But I was planning on watching it with my roommate so this might be a good opportunity for that.

I liked avatar, but Inception really blew me out of the water. Although my favourite movie of all-time is the Count of monte Cristo. Just love watching that movie over and over.

I used to be really big on the philosophy-driven ones.

But now, I am starting to appreciate the value of seemingly retarded flicks, and their influence on cultures. Seriously. :p

Stuff like Dude Where's my Car, which had no other joining theme besides "Getting drunk will get you an adventure".

I'd say Cashback, or the Royal Tenenbaums. Those Independant flicks always seem to catch my attention.

My favourite is Stardust just because I'm a sucker for fairytale/love stories :)
And also Claire Danes is awesome

Usually if its a book-to-movie, the movie -sucks- but this time, I think they got it right :)

My favorite movie, hands down, is Mean Girls. Say what you want about Lindsey Lohan, but Tina Fey is an amazing writer and that film is pure genius. Nearly every line from it is quotable for its smart humor.
