yeah most inactive level 5s are just inactive...as in they don't come online/use programs
err...there's been no instance of that happening if you're just inactive, you probably won't get demoted

no doubt because you opened the whole program all you have to do to extract is right click then extract
i see the blinky thing at most once a month you don't see it if you're just extracting/compressing only if you open the whole program up on accident...
