    2. The forum has changed there is no rep now (Unless your on The Blackmarket but thats a whole different thing)

    3. Some thing that visit ramdon pages of neopets to try and get random events.

    4. Meh anywhere from $9-$18 depending on the person and current market price and avialiblity.

    4. Depends on whether or not the neopoints are legit or not. Non-legit go for about half of legit NP.

    You have to be at least Level 1.
    There is a forum black market; you just can't see it yet.
