A tutorial for newbie Photoshop

    I came across this great tutorial website on photoshop that gives you tutorial on most of the effect you wanna do, like rain effects and reflections. It a sweet website for noobs/semi-beginners.

    wow!! i have been looking for a site like this for sometime now. All the other ones i have found are too "expert" for me. Thanks a lot!!!
