I dont think you are. Just because its trading "deals" outside of neopets. However If you want to, I recommend doing it through trades. NO SHOP OR AUCTIONS. If its like 20k, then shop will be fine but delete you sales history afterwards.

 

you can give them money but they will freeze you for sure but once they frozed just tell them what happened and stuff and u should be fine

 

why are shops not safe?

I always thought shops were safe, I do hella trades in my shop that are ligit that look un-ligit, Like selling thousands and thousands of race to riches scratchcards.

and i never been warned or frozen,

I even sold some items in my shop for like 12k that were worth 2k (like 20 items per day) and I never got questioned,

I think doing it through the shop system is the safest, just make sure you dont do it with a suspicias item, like dont do it with dung,

if you want to transfer with your shop do it with petpet lab map pieces or something along thoes lines, and only transfer 10k per piece of the lapmap

It depends on how much but I don't think they will pin point you over a few hundred K on just one occasion.

But yeah, I've lent my friend some big money in the past, I guess it's because it doesn't happen all the time they don't bother me.

If not it's because I get lost in the sea of thousands of other dodgy transactions that go on

I emailed them immediatly after explaining to them it was my sister and I was giving it to her as a gift..

If you're going to give NP to someone, or even to yourself, do it on a friday night or saturday night through shops and tell whoever has the other account to clear their history.

 

i always give my np to my brother(not much, about 100k)
