I heard you can get one million by visiting the shrine at 12:00 AM exact time, is that true?

 

I've never tried it out, but I highly doubt it. Probably someone yanking your chain so that you stay up till 12 neopian standard time...

 

That used to be a rumor around neo, and many people still believe it's true. I personally, have been playing neo for over 5 years and have never heard of anyone actually getting the 1 million. It may be possible, it's doubtful though.

I remember I stayed up and tried it for a week straight. Best I got was a 10 dub coin.

Yeah, I highly doubt it is true. But according to Coltzan himself (when you visit the shrine), he apparently states that he can give out 1 million neopoints. I think this is the origin of the rumour. However, you can get better prizes such as Kings Lens which is worth around 40-50m (although quite hard to obtain)

Yes, the price is high You can also get different 'rare' itemse from Coltzan (even rarer then kings lens). However, the chances of a person getting it is slim
