Ran some tests with crysis and here's the result config: asus p5k-se, E8400 @ stock speed, OCZ 2 X 1 gig kit, WD 250 gigs 7200-16mb buffer all the infos are below... but I can't get directx 10 to work with the benchmark tool... thanks for running the test for me and WOW! 41 fps on high with 2x aa is amazing. i cant wait to play crysis with this. i think most of the stuff should ship within the next week. have you tried playing crysis on very high yet? or is it just unplayable?
I was just reading a guide to play this game with VH graphics... I tought that by installing DX10 with xp was going to do the trick but I was wrong... seeing that I can get around 65 FPS with no AA at 1024x860, I might be able to have 35 ftps stable... well, I hope
if you still have xp, sp3 is supposed to help crysis performance a lot, but by the sound of it, your already getting decent frame rates and dont really need the improvement btw everything is shipping today.... but the motherboard in two days edit, the everything but the mobo shipped today! i really like the case, the cooler is huge, windows vista cd is shiny, the ram is badass, the ssd is surprisingly lite and, DAMN, the gfx card is like 2x longer than i thought it would be.
