I'm having no problems updating the encryption...just make sure that the program is allowed internet access (disable Firewall) and if you have Windows Vista+, you might want to run it as Admin.

It says that it's sending- I don't see any error messages- but it's not registering on the neopets site for some reason. No recorded score, no neopoints. ETA: I'm using it and running as administrator on Windows 7. Is there a way to check my firewall?

I'm using a new computer so I no longer have access to the program as I did on my previous one. Does this mean with each new version I'm going to have to repurchase the program?
