I played the alto saxophone for 10 years. From elemnetary school to all the way to my first year in college. Kinda fun but evenetually got tired of it. Good way to surprise a date though. Some might say...romantic.

I've never played anything more than the recorder I was forced to learn waaay back at the beginning of primary school.

I gave up when it got to 8 notes cause it got too complicated for me hehe 8)

Haha I remember being forced to play the recorder aswell! They used to have music class at primary school and give everyone those wooden blocks and xylophones(spelling?!) and make us compose a little peice. I was so unmusical I was always given the triangle and had to hit it right at the end as the big crescendo but more often than not I went to hit it and missed :?

You should keep it up, I really regret not keep cello up since I went to Uni. Not that I could afford a new cello right now anyway.

Actually its several lumps of wood cut to shape and glued to together. And a bit of plastic and some strings. AND some horsehair for the bow. So there.

Age 9? Strapped to your back? You'd fall over backwards! The cello would be bigger than you! :O

I play 'The Recorder', I'm sure many people recall that instrument in third or fourth grade. It was required in order for you to pass Music class and I sort of enjoyed it.
