so what is pound realease? Pound release is an account that holds all the pets that was pounded before the pound went down. The actual account is called pound_release, but when you look up the account, you cannot see the pets it holds. Every day at 8.47AM, pound_relese will release some of the pets they hold. However, when you look up a pet that belongs to pound_release, it will show up as the owner on it :} For example, look up http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=Superman , it will say the owner is pound_release but when you go to pound_release, it says; This user has no Neopets to speak of. How sad. When UCs are being pouneded to the pound they will not be converted - they will stay unconverted!! They will also keep all their clothes as you cannot remove clothes from ucs :3 So I have the name of the pet I want to stalk - now what? Okay, you found your pet? Then all you have to do is check the pound every day at 8.47AM to see if it's there Will I know what pet comes when? Nope, it is completely random when the pets show up, you have to keep looking for the pet. I find it easiest not to just look for one pet as you will never know when it shows up, but just check the pound at 8.47 when the pound release is, and see if you're lucky :] There is also no way of telling how long the pound release will last. I usually stay there for 15 min or so - or run an aaer for an hour from 8.47 AM =D Okay, I get it. So are there some kind of lists with pets in the pound release? finally, can you recommend one *meek smile* I've been using one that goes by species OR colour OR petpet, but no name function... And if you do recommend one, does it automatically stop when I get a fourth pet? Frankly, I don't want to lay down 200 points on Blaze... just about to shell out 500 for AU

richy; hmm, all I have is pankirks and heyas - I'd recommend both, and yes they do stop when you have 4 pets =) I havn't used pankirks in a while though, but I remember it being pretty efficient :} GF; it's both am & pm =D
Righto, that's the one I use Unless it's been updated (post time stamp suggests otherwise), I can't access the adopt by name feature, which is my primary concern for Pound Release
