    Vista? Right-click --> Properties --> Run as admin

    XP? Right-click --> Properties --> Compatibility tab --> Run Compatibility w/ Windows 95

    For XP, make sure you have Library Files. Oh, and Compatibility tab is under Properties, I edited that :)

    So, I'm assuming you have Windows XP...
