I think they are yes. But you need to lay out some large sums of np for them! I think i might just buy myself that stamp and leave it in my SDB for a year or 2.. I think neopets needs a war again already!
I think they should bring out a few more AC games also, playing the same games for days year after year is not all that exciting..
wow they dont give newbies much slack do they? And i just got an unwelcome inventory suprise, a pile of sludge, the bad thing is i dont remember what the item was lol

i bought a ton of BD items and quit the game. came back and totally forgot how the BD items were equipped because i thought i never had them. it was still a pleasant surprise hehe
Nothing lucky(?) like that hasn't happened to me, except maybe for the random faerie quest I missed because I left the computer auto-refreshing the whole time.
quitted neo for a few years log back in recently and found out that i had a hundred million in it 1 Ghoskter sword , Illusen Staff , FSS and tons of faerie paint brush .... I remember those faerie paint brush where in Ht for 200k each and i bought quite alot of it.. Now thanks for it to be retired i got another couple of hundred m's to spend =D
