Being a tattoo artist myself. If you are unsure of where to put it have a stencil placed and "wear" it a few days. Most stencils will last a few days. That way you can see if you like the placement. If you want to show it off then put it on your ankle, shoulder is you want to cover easy. I warn you though, tattoos are addictive!
Actually, I slept until 7pm at the day we were getting the tattoo But I havn't backed out! Pretty sure it's going on my shoulder, don't know when though. As soon as exams are over for my birthday maybe

Hahah goodluck Shouldes better too I think. If you have no regrets with the tatoo , you will always want to show it to people. But i think you need to have it retouched every 10years because it fades out ... I think
I love the design, it's so pretty! I think it would look really good if it's on the shoulder but because you are getting a matching tattoo with your sister, I would say go with your foot. However, I think that design would look a lot better on the shoulder in my opinion.
